<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>

&#9;<li>Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting, working with cross border accounting firms as needed.</li>
&#9;<li>Establish and maintain cost accounting frameworks, including SKU-level costing, freight allocation, and inventory valuation.</li>
&#9;<li>Support leadership with financial modeling, including new product launches, vendor negotiations, and expansion planning.</li>
&#9;<li>Implement and maintain accounting policies, ensuring consistency, transparency, and readiness for future growth or investment.</li>
&#9;<li>Build and mentor a small but growing finance team, fostering accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<strong>The successful candidate has:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>CPA Designation or equivalent, with 5+ years progressive accounting and finance experience in public accounting or in a high growth company.</li>
&#9;<li>Experience in a scaling organization, ideally in manufacturing or&nbsp;distribution.</li>
&#9;<li>Comfort operating both strategically and tactically, shifting between high level planning and hands on execution.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of cross-border financial operations, including currency considerations, tax implications, and compliance would be desirable.</li>

Required Qualifications
