Our client is continuing to expand and is looking for a <strong>Senior Architectural Designer</strong> to join the Drafting and Design Team. The Senior Architectural Designer is responsible for the creation and management of 3D modeling, working drawings, and concept floor plans to ensure residential homes are designed to meet high standards.</p>

<p><strong>Senior Architectural Designer Responsibilities:</strong></p>

&#9;<li>Collaborate with the Design Team to produce 3D models, working drawings, and plot plans for single-family homes.</li>

&#9;<li>Ensure that designs meet all relevant standards, building codes, and client specifications.</li>

&#9;<li>Lead and supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and ensuring quality control in the design process.</li>
&#9;<li>Apply knowledge of residential construction and local bylaws to create efficient and compliant designs.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>The Successful Candidate Has:</strong></p>

&#9;<li>A diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent.</li>
&#9;<li>6+ years of experience in the single-family residential industry.</li>
&#9;<li>Experience in a managerial/supervisory role is considered an asset.</li>
&#9;<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.</li>
&#9;<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.</li>

&#9;<li>A&nbsp;sense of urgency and attention to detail.</li>

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of projects within budget, on time, and to our companies standards.<br />

<strong>Project Manager responsibilities:</strong>

&#9;<li>Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent.</li>
&#9;<li>Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.</li>

&#9;<li>Monitor, interpret and forecast a projectâs cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.</li>
