The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory through consultative selling, relationship development and new business generation within accounts.<br>
<br>
<strong>Account Manager responsibilities:</strong><br>
&bull; Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts<br>
&bull; Develop new business within existing accounts and assigned territory<br>
&bull; Prospect and self generate leads through in person outreach<br>
&bull; Build long term customer relationships through a service led approach<br>

&#9;<li>Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills</li>

They are committed to service excellence, strong partnerships, and maintaining a trusted presence in the regions they serve.</span></span><br />

<span><span>The new Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth, strengthening industry relationships, and ensuring consistent alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span><span><strong>Business Development Manager responsibilities:</strong></span></span>

&#9;<li><span><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance professionals, adjusters, brokers, and property managers</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Conduct quarterly outreach visits to insurance brokerages</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Maintain an accurate and current CRM database, including visit logs, interactions, and follow ups</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Identify and pursue RFP opportunities with schools, healthcare facilities, government agencies, senior living organizations, and large commercial clients</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Represent the organization at industry events, community functions, and trade shows</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Maintain visibility into each Project Managerâs workload and assist with planning coverage as needed</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Attend weekly sales and leadership meetings to align priorities and share updates</span></span></li>

<span><span><strong>The successful candidate has</strong></span></span>

<ul>
&#9;<li><span><span>3â5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relationship management (experience in restoration, renovations, insurance, or property management is an asset)</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Post secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>Experience using CRM platforms, digital marketing tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Mailchimp), and MS Office</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>High level of organization, initiative, and independence</span></span></li>
&#9;<li><span><span>A valid driverâs license and clean driving record</span></span></li>
