            <description><![CDATA[<p>Our client, a growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Staff&nbsp;Accountant for newly&nbsp;created position to support the partners with wide scope of responsibilities. Just a great opportunity for recently designated CPA or candidate working towards CPA and seeking to develop their accounting career and mentor directly under the partners.<br />
<br />
<strong>Key responsibilities&nbsp;will include:</strong></p>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Prepare and review financial statements and various reports.</li>
&#9;<li>Prepare corporate compilation year-end files.</li>
&#9;<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.</li>
&#9;<li>Prepare personal T1 and corporate T2 tax returns.</li>
&#9;<li>Personal and corporate tax planning.</li>
&#9;<li>Prepare trust returns for estates (T3) and&nbsp;charity returns (T3010).</li>

<strong>The successful candidate has:</strong>

&#9;<li>CPA Designation or equivalent, with 5+ years progressive accounting and finance experience in public accounting or in a high growth company.</li>
&#9;<li>Experience in a scaling organization, ideally in manufacturing or&nbsp;distribution.</li>
