Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
Our client is a growing Canadian e-commerce brand. With a rapidly expanding product catalog, the company is focused on fast delivery, product quality, and premium customer experience. The warehouse is the heart of their operation, supporting nationwide online orders and large-item freight coordination.
The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure efficient, safe, and accurate fulfillment of daily orders, while leading a team responsible for handling both small parcels and heavy equipment.
Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Oversee accurate inventory management, including cycle counts and product audits
- Track and report productivity KPIs such as pick rates, order accuracy, and shipping timelines
- Resolve daily operational issues including stock discrepancies, damaged product, or shipping delays
- Maintain compliance with health & safety rules and ensure proper use of lifting equipment
- Support planning for high-volume seasonal events (Boxing Day, Black Friday etc.)
- Work closely with customer service, e-commerce operations, and supply chain teams
- 2–4 years of warehouse experience, ideally in e-commerce, hardware or large-item fulfillment
- 1+ year of experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
- Strong understanding of inventory control, WMS systems, and order fulfillment workflows
- Experience handling heavy equipment and coordinating LTL, courier, and freight shipments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- The discussed salary range is $55,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
