About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations in Richmond, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams while driving operational excellence.

This role requires fluency in both Cantonese and English, as you will work closely with a multilingual team, drivers, customers, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Manage, coach, and develop warehouse and delivery team members, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory management practices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to FIFO and LILO principles where appropriate.
- Monitor order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and warehouse workflows to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business growth and operational scalability.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, food handling requirements, and company policies.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maintain optimal productivity.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization and help foster a positive, respectful workplace culture.
- Track operational performance metrics and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service levels.
What the Successful Candidate Will Bring
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar operations leadership role.
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices, including FIFO and LILO methodologies.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
- Proven experience improving processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high daily operational demands.
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

- Base salary - $80,000 - $90,000, Extended Health Benefits and 3 weeks’ vacation
