They’re looking for a VP Operations who can streamline and scale their core operations, lead a tight-knit team, and bring deep experience in supply chain and distribution strategy.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead day-to-day operations across warehouses, logistics, supply chain, customer service, and distribution.
  • Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support continued growth.
  • Mentor and empower a team of 15+ staff; build future leaders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the founders on strategic initiatives, expansion planning, and potential acquisitions.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and partners across Canada and the US.
  • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of internal platforms and operational tools for better integration and scalability.

The successful candidate has: 
  • 7+ years of operational leadership experience in growing wholesale or distribution company.             
  • An engineering background is preferred, or candidates who bring a systems-thinking mindset                                                                   
  • Proven track record of driving business performance and leading change in entrepreneurial settings.                                           
  • A systems thinker who understands supply chain intricacies and technology-driven operations.
  • Strong financial acumen—comfortable with budgeting, EBITDA analysis, and cost management.
  • A practical leader who’s both strategic and hands-on.
  • Experience managing multiple departments and aligning teams toward common goals.
  • Open to occasional travel across Canada to support key operations and relationships.
Compensation and benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $150,000–$180,000, based on experience.
  • Profit-sharing based on EBITDA performance.
  • A high-impact leadership role in a business with strong momentum.
