Vice President of Finance responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Streamline reporting packages for better visibility and decision-making.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Conduct ROI analysis for new lines of business and investment opportunities.
- Drive operational efficiencies and identify areas for financial improvement.
- CPA Accounting designation
- Proven senior-level finance experience (VP Finance, Director of Finance, or CFO experience preferred).
- Strong background in manufacturing and/or distribution industries preferred.
- Experience working with owner-managed businesses and aligning financial strategy with entrepreneurial vision.
- Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and banking relationships.
- Knowledge of the EOS management system is an asset.
- A hands-on, solutions-driven mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
- The discussed salary range is competitive depending on experience
