Job Description
Our client is a leader in the Agriculture industry. The Agriculture Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for the sales of agriculture equipment in their designated territory.
Agriculture Territory Sales Representative responsibilities:
Â
- Represent the company for the sale of equipment to customers in an assigned territory.
- Regularly visit customers, including those who haven't purchased from us before.
- Maintain accurate customer profile records.
- Follow up with all completed sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen the relationship between the dealership and assigned customers.
- Understand and adhere to dealership processes and policies.
- Stay updated on all equipment, products, parts, and services available to customers, as well as competitor offerings.
- Monitor changes to manufacturer's terms, discounts, and special programs.
- Maintain all manuals, price lists, and other documents.
- Support overall customer relationships with parts, service, and ISG teams.
- Stay knowledgeable about financing and risk management options.
- Follow a defined sales process to meet sales targets.
- Communicate any competitive activity to management promptly.
- Conduct equipment and product demonstrations.
- Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.
The successful candidate has:Â
Â
- 3+ years of agriculture equipment sales experience.
- Knowledge of agriculture-related equipment.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong commitment to establishing long-term customer relationships.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or Marketing preferred.
- Effective communication skills.
