Executive/Personal Assistant – Temp-to-Perm
Remote | Startup Tech | Calgary-Based Only

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our clients CEO and leadership team on a temp-to-perm basis, with the potential to grow into a permanent role based on performance. About the Role:
This role blends professional and personal support, working side-by-side with a visionary founder in a dynamic startup environment. You’ll handle everything from executive scheduling and investor meeting prep to travel planning and day-to-day operations. You’ll be expected to take initiative, move fast, and stay three steps ahead—all while keeping things organized and confidential.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Book and manage complex travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Prepare expense reports, track receipts, and assist with light financial admin.
  • Plan and support leadership offsites, team gatherings, and all-hands meetings.
  • Help with slide decks, team-wide communications, and content prep.
  • Manage various requests and ad-hoc support for the CEO as needed.
  • Support team onboarding, investor communications, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, people, and marketing teams.

What You’ve Got:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments (startup or tech preferred).
  • Email management, calendar, travel, and expense management are second nature to you.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and absolute discretion.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and task management tools.
  • Experience using AI platforms
  • Self-starter mindset — you ask smart questions and execute fast.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRMs (like HubSpot), early-stage tech startups, or family office dynamics.
