Technical Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
Our client is a Canadian manufacturer of high-performance filtration and absorbent materials used across oil spill response, HVAC, industrial, and PPE applications. With a growing product line and expanding B2B presence across North America, they’re seeking an experienced sales professional to lead business development and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, and end users.
Technical Inside Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Drive sales across industrial, environmental, HVAC, and spill control markets
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and end users in Canada and the U.S.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within filtration, absorbent, and safety product segments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and generate leads
- Provide sales reports and regular updates to leadership
- Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience in filtration, absorbent, spill control, HVAC, or PPE products (required)
- Strong understanding of product applications and customer needs in industrial markets
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel
- Base salary of $60,000 per year plus commission with OTE of $120,000
