Technical Sales Representative: Water Treatment & Industrial Cleaning
We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Sales Representative with expertise in water treatment, industrial cleaning, or lubrication in metal processing, based in Ontario.

The Technical Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, promoting tailored products and services, and ensuring profitability across the territory. Technical Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Expand and strengthen sales within existing customer accounts.
- Deliver expert technical support to customers, collaborating with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and drive agreements to completion.
- Manage and respond to requests for information, quotes, and proposals.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to grow market presence.
- Represent and reinforce the company’s brand, values, and competitive edge.
- Oversee and coordinate contracts, tenders, and client requests efficiently.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously expanding technical knowledge, product expertise, and application methods.
- Share insights and knowledge with internal teams to drive innovation and improve customer experience.
- Apply ISO-9001 standards in customer service, R&D, and market research.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM & AX systems daily.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Proven expertise in water treatment, industrial cleaning, lubrication in metal processing, or related industrial/manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical and consultative sales skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to exceed key performance targets.
- A self-starter attitude, thriving in both independent and team environments.
- A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000, based on experience.
