Small Hotel Inn Manager - 18807
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
- Managing front desk, maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new guests, increase occupancy rates, and maximize revenue.
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, travel agencies, corporate lists, and online booking platforms to promote the inn and generate bookings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other promotional channels to raise awareness of the inn and engage with potential guests.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations and resolve issues satisfactorily.
- Foster positive relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Regularly solicit feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry, with a focus on sales and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Familiarity with hotel operations
- Ability to set and negotiate rates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
What You Will Receive:
- Annual salary: $50,000-$60,000 competitive and bonus/commissions
- Discounted monthly rate for online accommodation.
