Service Manager Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair espresso machines and related equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on various types of appliances.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
  • Assist in developing and improving the ticketing system for service requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and repair techniques.
  • Help build out a strong ticketing system to track the repairs.
The successful candidate has: 
  • Proven experience in servicing and repairing appliances.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Experience with espresso machines is a plus, but not required.
Compensation and benefits:
  • $25 to $38 per hour.  Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
