Job Description
Our client is excited to add a true leader to their team who will grow alongside this well-poised company in a thriving field. The Senior Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations in the GTA including staff management and client acquisition.
Senior Heavy Duty Service Manager responsibilities:
- Managing the service team in the Greater Toronto Area
- Maintaining a safe and efficient program
- Establish and maintain relationships with current clients and acquire new ones.
- Managing employees and customers
- providing daily reports,
- Provide customer service to new and existing customers,
- Attending, and managing trade shows, small maintenance and repairs, promotional events, charity functions and other duties involving customer service and sales
- Is a licensed Mechanic
- Personable individual who will drive people in a positive way.
- Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
- Highly organized with a Strong strategic acumen for leading growth opportunities
- The discussed salary range is $90,000 – $110,000+ depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
