Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for an onsite Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator in the education and training industry.

Our client is a well-established private education organization undergoing an exciting modernization of its marketing function. After years of relying on multiple outside vendors and a fractional marketing director working remotely overseas, the organization is now bringing marketing execution back in-house. This newly created role will be central to stabilizing the department, improving day-to-day responsiveness, and building a more agile, data-driven, and content?rich marketing engine.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on, execution-focused digital marketer who enjoys variety, fast-paced environments, and full ownership of tactical delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact, shape marketing operations, and work closely with senior leadership.

Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (budget $1.2M–$1.3M/year), ensuring strong ROI and continuous improvement
  • Reduce overreliance on Google Ads by building diversified acquisition channels
  • Manage social media strategy and daily execution across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest
  • Produce engaging short-and long-form video content, including interviewing students and capturing on-campus activities
  • Build strong organic communities to reduce paid media spend
  • Update and maintain website content in WordPress, including banners, landing pages, course updates, and bursary changes
  • Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns, events, and lead magnets
  • Manage CRM-related tasks as the organization transitions from Zoho to Salesforce, including workflows, email campaigns, and automation
  • Develop, write, and design ads, social content, emails, and blog posts
  • Repurpose existing large volumes of video assets into new social and marketing content
  • Use analytics, dashboards, and AB testing to measure performance and guide decisions
  • Provide proactive recommendations to improve lead quality, reduce spend waste, and enhance inbound engagement
  • Operate independently to deliver day-to-day marketing execution without reliance on vendors
The successful candidate has:
  • 3–7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Demonstrated success in social media management and content creation
  • Experience with landing pages, basic SEO, WordPress updates, and analytics tools
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM migrations is an asset
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite and GoHighLevel is an advantage
  • Ability to film, edit, and produce basic marketing videos
  • A data-driven, analytical mindset with strong budget awareness
  • High autonomy, excellent organization, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership while operating independently
  • Comfort being the primary in-house marketer (execution-focused)
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $75,000 – $90,000, depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Work onsite, Monday through Friday, with direct collaboration with the Marketing Director
