Call Center Representative (Kitchen & Home Appliances)
Job Description
We’re looking for a Call Center Representative for a corporate office position in the high-end kitchen and home appliances industry. This is a fully onsite, office-based role in Concord, ON and cannot be done remotely.
Our client is a fast-growing distributor of premium, luxury kitchen tools and home appliances. Call Center Representative responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via online chat, phone, and email to drive sales and provide personalized support.
- Recommend high-end kitchen tools and home appliances based on customer needs and product specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and product inquiries.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide updates to ensure product availability.
- Stay current on new product features, trends, and competitive offerings to support consultative selling.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and support process improvements.
- Support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- 1- 3 years of experience in inside sales or sales support
- Strong interest or background in home appliances, kitchenware, or culinary-related products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working with e-commerce platforms and learning new systems
- A detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach
Compensation and benefits:
- $20-25/hour depending on experience
