Sales Team Lead (On-Site) - 19114
Job Description
Our client is a well-established local industry leader with over 20 years of success. Entering a growth phase, they are seeking a Sales Team Leader to drive sales efforts and extend their presence in the premium contract furnishings market. This dynamic leadership position combines team development with direct client engagement, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact.
Sales Team Leader responsibilities:
- Build relationships with direct end user businesses, designers and architects to create long term partnerships.
- Mentor, motivate, and hold sales team accountable to achieve sales excellence while building your own sales targets and accounts.
- Manage and grow house accounts, develop new business opportunities, and respond to RFPs.
- Work with team to engage with design community by organizing/hosting events and representing the company in the showroom.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and operations team to ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience.
- Contribute to marketing projects, website updates, and proposals while leveraging CRM, AI, and design software.
The successful candidate has:Â
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in design, furnishings, or a related industry.
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- A strong ability to balance coaching and individual contribution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, humility, and a client-first mindset.
- A passion or interest in workspace design, ergonomics, and workplace wellness.
- Technical proficiency with HubSpot CRM, AI, and design software is considered an asset.
