Job Description

Our innovative client, a locally owned company founded in 2004, is on a mission to deliver a luxurious experience to the North American market. Based outside of Regina, Saskatchewan, they have developed a range of Canadian products and are seeking a dynamic onsite Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.

Sales Coordinator responsibilities:
  • Keep information up to date in database
  • Answer customer calls & inquiries
  • Support Sales Manager
  • Keep websites updates with inventory & imaging
  • Manage promotional content
  • Sales reports
  • Update information and documentation for sales team, including:
    • Sales notes
    • Contact lists
    • Excel spreadsheets
  • Monitor competition online as well as potential new business opportunities
  • Track sales for team
  • Engage in regular team meetings
The successful candidate has: 
  • Min 3 years experience in an administrative or support capacity
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience updating and managing online content and inventory
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within organization
  • Reliable transportation
  • An obsession to provide the highest level of customer service
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
