Job Description
Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative care solutions. The new Territory Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing an existing thriving book of business across Vancouver’s Lower Mainland while identifying new opportunities for referral growth.
Territory Account Manager responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the Lower Mainland
- Educate clinics, physicians, and medical staff on the company’s services and patient care programs
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and meetings to support referral activity
- Maintain and grow an established territory with a strong existing customer base
- Identify new business opportunities within the region
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to support community outreach initiatives
- Track activities, manage territory plans, and meet referral and growth targets
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management
- Post- secondary education in business, healthcare, or a related field (asset but not required)
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Strong relationship building skills and comfort with in-person outreach
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow through
- A passion for helping patients access meaningful care solutions
- The discussed salary is $47,000 with 1st year OTE of $90,000-$100,000 as a conservative estimate.
