Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales Representative based in Vancouver.
Our client helps industrial and commercial sites in British Columbia respond to emergency temperature control and power needs with speed and precision. As a Vancouver-based sales representative, you'll lead local customer relationships, from site assessment to project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local technical sales lead for Vancouver and surrounding area
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering teams and plant managers
- Deliver proposals for cooling tower rentals and related systems
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure service excellence
- Track all customer activity and pipeline in CRM
- Stay ahead of local industry trends and business development opportunities
The successful candidate has:
- 3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience
- Mechanical or process industry background (cooling systems, pumps, etc.)
- Comfortable working with engineers and commercial buyers
- Strong local knowledge of the BCÂ industrial market
- Effective communicator with strong follow-through
Compensation and benefits:
- $85,000 – $95,000 base salary
- Lucrative Commission base with bridge for first year
- Full benefits package
- Company vehicle or travel expense coverage
