Mining Sales Representative Eastern Canada - 19364

Our client is a global leader in delivering critical infrastructure support to mining operations and heavy industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth across Eastern Canada by connecting mining and industrial companies with essential support systems. Note this role requires roughly 25% overnight travel per month.
Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and industry networking.
- Build and manage a portfolio of mining and industrial clients across Ontario and Quebec.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address clients' operational challenges.
- Coordinate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track all sales activity, meetings, and pipeline progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Provide technical support and knowledge around equipment such as power generators, HVAC systems, and air compressors.
- Execute an annual sales plan aligned with revenue and territory goals. The successful candidate has:
- Bilingual - English and French
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the Mining industry.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with technical equipment (power, cooling, or compressed air) and its applications in mining environments.
- CRM proficiency, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region as required. Compensation and benefits:
- Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential. Guaranteed commission bridge structure in 1st year.
