Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Sales Leader with experience in the utilities sector.
This is a high-impact, strategic sales role focused on market development, executive engagement, and large, long-cycle opportunities — not day-to-day transactional selling. You’ll operate at a senior level with utilities, engineers, and procurement teams to shape complex contracts and drive long-term growth.
What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the utilities market
  • Identify, structure, and advance large, complex utility contracts
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with utility, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
  • Lead opportunity development, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Track market dynamics and competitive activity to inform strategy
What you bring
  • 7–10+ years in strategic sales or business development within utilities
  • Proven experience managing large, long-cycle, high-value contracts
  • Strong commercial judgement and executive presence
  • Background selling technical or infrastructure-based solutions
  • Willingness to travel
Compensation & benefits
  • Base salary $165,000, plus bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Vehicle or allowance provided
Utilities industry experience is required.
