Job Description
This is a high-impact, strategic sales role focused on market development, executive engagement, and large, long-cycle opportunities — not day-to-day transactional selling. You’ll operate at a senior level with utilities, engineers, and procurement teams to shape complex contracts and drive long-term growth.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the utilities market
- Identify, structure, and advance large, complex utility contracts
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with utility, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
- Lead opportunity development, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Track market dynamics and competitive activity to inform strategy
- 7–10+ years in strategic sales or business development within utilities
- Proven experience managing large, long-cycle, high-value contracts
- Strong commercial judgement and executive presence
- Background selling technical or infrastructure-based solutions
- Willingness to travel
- Base salary $165,000, plus bonus
