Job Description
The role involves direct technical engagement with engineers, operations managers, and field operators to design, scope, and deliver complex equipment rental solutions under tight, often critical, timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and service Oil & Gas facilities Â
- Lead detailed site assessments and develop precise technical solutions for power generation, heating/cooling, and specialized energy needs.
- Generate commercial proposals and support end-to-end project delivery.
- Partner closely with operations and field service teams to ensure critical client timelines are met safely and effectively.
- Track opportunities and maintain customer activities in CRM (Salesforce, etc.).
- Maintain expert knowledge of our equipment capabilities and the evolving needs of the Grande Prairie market.
- 3–5 years in technical sales, applications engineering, or field operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience (mechanical or electrical background preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage high-value client accounts.
- Knowledge of the Grande Prairie/Peace Region industrial landscape is a strong plus.
- Competitive Base Salary: $90,000Â depending on experience and industry specialization.
- Lucrative Commission Structure with a guaranteed commission for the first year to ensure stable income.
