Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager in Calgary’s Oil & Gas industry.

Our client is a global leader in delivering temporary power, cooling, and energy solutions that keep critical Oil & Gas operations running—on time and without compromise. This high-impact role is built for a proven dealmaker who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and delivering complex technical solutions across production sites, refineries, and energy infrastructure.

Business Development Manager responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue, and close new business within Oil & Gas operations and projects
• Develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across Western Canada
• Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and client presentations
• Build long-term relationships with operators, EPCs, and industrial contractors
• Lead proposals and contract negotiations, ensuring exceptional delivery

The successful candidate has:
• 7–10 years of business development or technical sales experience in Oil & Gas
• Strong understanding of field operations and industrial service delivery
• Proven success developing new business and managing key accounts
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Willingness to travel as required

Compensation and benefits:
• Base salary $160,000, plus performance-based bonus
