Job Description


We’re looking for a Sales Representative based in Calgary.

Our client helps industrial and commercial sites in Alberta respond to emergency cooling needs with speed and precision. As a Calgary-based sales representative, you'll lead local customer relationships, from site assessment to project completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the local technical sales lead for Calgary and surrounding area
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering teams and plant managers
  • Deliver proposals for cooling tower rentals and related systems
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure service excellence
  • Track all customer activity and pipeline in CRM
  • Stay ahead of local industry trends and business development opportunities

The successful candidate has:

 
  • 3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience
  • Mechanical or process industry background (cooling systems, pumps, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with engineers and commercial buyers
  • Strong local knowledge of the Calgary industrial market
  • Effective communicator with strong follow-through

Compensation and benefits:
  • $85,000 – $195,000 base salary
  • Lucrative Commission base with bridge for first year
  • Full benefits package
  • Company vehicle or travel expense coverage
