Job Description
Our client, a premier provider of high-quality flooring solutions, is dedicated to delivering outstanding products and exceptional customer service. As they expand into Victoria, BC, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Project Manager to join their growing team.
Sales & Project Manager responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, and outstanding client service.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with homebuilders, designers, developers, and trades professionals.
- Oversee assigned builder accounts and retail projects from initial consultation through to final installation.
- Perform on-site measurements and deliver accurate estimates for both builder and retail clients.
- Upload plans, drawings, product specifications, and tile layouts into internal systems for new home construction projects.
- Conduct job site inspections to assess readiness and quality before, during, and after flooring installations.
- Address project challenges with creative solutions, working closely with internal teams and installation crews.
- Demonstrated experience in the flooring industry is an asset. Candidates with experience in any construction finishing materials (i.e. windows, countertops, doors etc.) will be considered as well. Â Â Â
- Proven success in sales, estimating, and project management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Results-oriented and driven to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Established relationships within the architectural and design community are highly advantageous.
Compensation and benefits:
Â
- The discussed salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience plus uncapped commission structure. Anticipated 1st year on target earnings is $120,000 - $130,000.
