As the Sales & Logistics Operations Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client’s Logistics Services across Flat Deck, Dry Van, and Reefer freight, with the freedom to pursue customers across all industries. Sales & Logistics Operations Manager responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and personalized service.
  • Manage customer accounts by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet sales objectives.
  • Secure supply contracts with optimal pricing to ensure necessary transportation resources for customer service.
  • Coordinate and procure freight services using third-party carriers and internal resources.
  • Handle order entry for sales transactions and oversee carrier invoice review and processing.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
The successful candidate has: 
  • Proven experience in logistics sales with established customer relationships.
  • Extensive experience in logistics coordination, including shipment management and third-party carrier oversight.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
