What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and online leads
- Follow up fast on quotes and opportunities to boost conversion
- Close home & auto sales through phone and digital channels
- Recommend coverage with confidence and integrity
- Hit (and crush) monthly sales targets
- Cross-sell, upsell, and support retention
- Work with underwriters and navigate insurer portals
- Collect expiry dates to grow future business
- Stay sharp with ongoing training and product updates
- 3+ years advising and selling personal lines coverage
- RIBO license required
- Strong communication and customer-first mindset
- Proven sales results – needs-based selling + closing
- Solid computer/CRM skills
- High energy, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast pace
- Independent, organized, and team-oriented
- $55,000 – $65,000 base + commissions (OTE $90,000 – $100,000)
