Lethbridge, AB

Posted: 04/10/2026 Category: Operations Job Number: 19783 Pay Rate: Competitive

Job Description

Registered Respiratory Therapists, are you ready for something better?

The Headhunters is partnered with one of the most sought-after sleep clinics in the region, recognized for its incredible culture, strong leadership, and genuine commitment to its team.

This is your chance to step into a role where you’re supported, valued, and excited to show up every day in a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday (days), with only occasional on-call responsibilities.

Registered Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities:

  • This is not your typical clinic role, this is a dynamic, hands-on position where no two days look the same.

  • You’ll move between the clinic and the community, delivering sleep testing and therapy in-clinic while also bringing essential oxygen services directly to clients in their homes across Lethbridge.

  • In sleep, you’ll empower clients with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to transform their sleep, and their lives. Your clinical expertise, paired with your personality, will make you a trusted guide in their journey.

  • In oxygen, you’ll be there at critical moments, supporting patients as they transition from hospital to home, setting up equipment, and ensuring they feel safe, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

The successful candidate has:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRTA) with a strong clinical foundation

  • Sleep experience is a bonus, but attitude, drive, and willingness to learn matter more (full training provided)

  • A people-first mindset, someone who shows up with purpose, brings great energy, and takes pride in making a real difference

Compensation and benefits:

  • Attractive compensation package with competitive base pay, annual profit-sharing, and additional perks

  • Full benefits package including extended health coverage, RRSP matching, and three weeks of vacation

  • Benefits and vacation kick in right away - no waiting period

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Only candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be contacted.
