Our client is a leading provider of high-quality furniture solutions, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving innovation in the industry. The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the overall company sales plan.
- Identify and target new market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and independent sales representatives (ISRs).
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze sales performance against corporate objectives and market developments.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the furniture.
- Proven ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving success.
- Excellent customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- The discussed OTE is $140,000 with a base of $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered.
