Role Overview: The Regional Performance Manager, based ideally in the Calgary area and will play a pivotal role in overseeing client excellence in a multi-clinic environment, focusing on coaching, leadership, and strategic growth. This position is integral to the development of clinic management and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, direct, and execute overall operations
  • Set goals for each department and communicate them clearly to the management teams.
  • Measure the success of each department and generate reports on goals and achievements.
  • Manage support staff and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Participate in lead generation and contribute to business development.
  • Ensure inventory and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Promote the company's mission and values.
  • Set strategic district and regional goals.
  • Travel and communicate to clinics within region.
  • Oversee and manage the operations of multiple clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire clinical teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive, team-first culture within the clinics.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high clinical standards.
  • Drive multiple clinic growth and performance while maintaining exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with corporate support teams to meet regional goals and objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and training to new and existing staff.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of District or Regional Management experience in a multi-location environment.
  • Management experience in growing successful, high-performance teams.
  • P&L responsibilities, understanding of EBITDA.
  • Extensive experience in ROI and KPI analysis.
  • Proven track record of accomplishing growth through the coaching and leadership of others
  • One or more of the following certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Certified Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT), or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
  • Significant experience in medical leadership or management within a clinic or similar healthcare environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Ability to commute around Calgary as required.
