The Headhunters have partnered with SnoreMD ( to add a Regional Manager to their growing BC team. With over a quarter century of medical expertise, SnoreMD is a world class sleep clinic, combining the latest technology in medical equipment focused on sleep apnea solutions. Their sleep clinics are made up of highly skilled medical professionals who deeply value health and wellbeing. They take great pride in providing communities with high quality, patient-centric care and health education to aid in snoring and apnea issues. They offer quality respiratory health care including CPAP in a comfortable and modern environment.

Based in Greater Vancouver, they are looking to add a Regional Manager as they expand throughout Western Canada. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing a multi-clinic environment and will ensure top-tier patient care. This person is vital to the development of the company’s clinics and will be leading the coaching / management of employees, along with overseeing excellent patient care. This position requires availability Weekdays and Saturdays.

Besides the technical and leadership experience, we’re looking for some that is an effective communicator, strategic thinker, natural problem-solver and someone who has a knack for building strong relationships. This role would be extremely fulfilling for someone that enjoys making a difference, is results-oriented and has an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages a multi-clinic environment
  • Leads coaching initiatives
  • Manages patient care

  • Team leadership experience in a multi location environment
  • Experience and active license as a RRT / Respiratory Therapist or RPSGT (other medical professions will be considered that qualify for additional schooling to gain the CPSGT or RPSGT designation)
  • A passion for patient care and attention to detail
  • Management experience growing a successful, high performance team
