Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Vancouver-based team. You’ll focus on sourcing, building, and placing high-quality talent in roles across various industries.Â

What You’ll Do:
- Own Your Niche: Build a strong brand presence: recruiting for roles across a variety of industries.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage roles end-to-end, from intake to placement including interviews, offers, and references.
- Market Expertise: Stay up to date on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in your market.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage our tools and your creativity to find and engage top talent.
- Collaborative Environment: Partner with our experienced team to share leads, candidates, and insights.
- Growth Opportunity: Learn, develop, and grow into more senior responsibilities over time with mentorship and coaching provided.
- Strong Communication: You’re confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with clients and candidates.
- Self-Motivated: You enjoy the pace of recruitment and take initiative to build your desk.
- Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple searches and stay on top of the details.
- Collaborative Attitude: You’re a team player, open to feedback and knowledge-sharing.
- Previous Background in sales, client engagement, or customer service is a strong asset
- National Brand Representation: The opportunity to represent a strong national brand.
- Full Back-Office Support: including candidate sourcing, accounting, marketing, job ad writing, and administrative assistance.

- $45,000-$60,000 base with Uncapped Compensation: A top-tier, uncapped compensation, and benefits package.
