Receptionist/ Office Administrative Assistant - 19260

The Receptionist/ Office Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for the company and play a key role in keeping daily office operations running efficiently.
Receptionist/ Office Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls.
- Manage all inbound phone calls in a professional manner.
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations including booking conference rooms, coordinating lunch orders, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and order new inventory when necessary.
- Process inbound and outbound mail and packages.
- 1-3 years of customer service or office professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The discussed salary range is $40,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
