Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for daily client correspondence, managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting
- Schedule and coordinate activities across various departments to meet project timelines
- Track project progress, set deadlines, and ensure all team members remain aligned
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to assign work orders accurately
- Coordinate shipping schedules, ensuring efficient project delivery to clients
- Work closely with the internal design team to secure timely client approvals and maintain project flow
- Maintain consistent, effective communication with both internal teams and external clients
- Team-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively and ask clarifying questions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling time-sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Ability to suggest and implement process improvements for enhanced accuracy and growth
- Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in scheduling and planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Post-secondary education from a recognized institution in a related field is required
- $75,000-$90,000 per annum
