This role offers the perfect balance of work-from-home flexibility, with bi-weekly travel to our client’s cutting-edge plant in West Virginia.
For those based in Texas, travel arrangements are supported, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of remote work while maintaining an on-site presence at the plant.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead projects focused on odorization systems, managing both fieldwork and on-site activities.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach by collaborating closely with clients and technicians to guarantee successful project delivery.
- Develop detailed work breakdown structures and schedules.
- Identify potential challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Track project expenses to prevent cost overruns.
- Optimize resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials).
- Foster trust with clients by demonstrating deep expertise and maintaining a meticulous focus on quality and accuracy.
- Technical background in manufacturing and oil and gas.
- Project Management experience within the oil and gas industry. (this is not an IT position).
- An understanding of natural gas odorization processes, including equipment installation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Hands-on field operations or service roles are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to be hands-on.
- Proficient in project management tools and systems and excel.
- Ability to learn and adapt to complex, technical processes.
- Commitment to promoting and maintaining a safety culture within the team.
- The salary range discussed is $95,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
