Job Description
In partnership with the Program Lead and virtual team, this opportunity will connect with all lines of business and support cross-functional teams. The Program Planner will coordinate with multiple teams to develop and implement integrative strategies that enhance end-to-end customer experience.
Program Planner Responsibilities:
- Overseeing every aspect of marketing funnels from start to finish
- Curate events and webinars, and lead table discussions
- Streamlines communication flow to focus team collaboration based on the latest trends and information
- Recommends digital optimization strategies based on performance data
- Proactively identifies and troubleshoots resource limitations and roadblocks while mitigating scheduling conflicts
- Define and develop content, topics, and consumer journey strategy for Webinars to be used regionally and cross-functionally
- Oversee and manage the annual million-dollar marketing budget, including but not limited to content, localization, and channels
- 6+ years’ experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing experience
- Marketo knowledge is required, Marketstack is an asset
- Inquisitive mindset; data-driven based solutions
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
- Presentation experience
- Working knowledge of marketing strategies for multiple demand channels up to and including the development of demand-generation promotion plans
- Strong proficiency in data-based insights of E2E performance reviews
- The discussed salary range is between $115,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
