Product and Inside Sales Supervisor - 19306
Job Description
We’re looking for a smart, driven individual who’s excited to be hands-on across product and sales. This is an in-office role in Winchester, Ontario that sits at the heart of our business — supporting both the technical and customer-facing sides of what we do. It’s a dynamic position with lots of opportunity for development and long-term growth within the organization.
What you’ll do:
• Support inside sales — including customer outreach, follow-ups, and keeping deals moving
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to shape new features and improvements
• Act as a bridge between product, sales, and operations
• Host product demos and gather client feedback
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and new opportunities
• Jump in where needed across the team — every day can be different in our fast-paced environment
Who you are:
• You’ve got 2–4 years of experience in sales, product support, or technical coordination
• You’ve studied engineering technology, business, or a related field
• You’re curious, personable, and proactive — comfortable talking to customers and working with technical teams
• You’re excited to learn, grow, and take initiative
• You thrive when given autonomy and want to build a career within a growing company
Why this role?
• You’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business — product, tech, sales, and ops
• You’ll work closely with senior leaders who are invested in your growth
• You’ll be in a collaborative, energetic environment that values initiative
• Competitive salary of $90,000 with flexibility for more experienced candidates
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Clear path for advancement into senior roles as the business scales
