The Product Manager is an execution-first role responsible for turning product direction into delivered outcomes. This position focuses on coordinating teams, driving timelines, ensuring product readiness across engineering, sales, and operations, while also supporting technical pre-sales, marketing execution, and tradeshow strategy.

Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate work across Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Marketing
  • Ensure full product launch readiness, including documentation and training
  • Develop, improve, and maintain sales enablement tools and resources
  • Support technical pre-sales efforts by providing product expertise, technical clarification, and application guidance to sales teams and customers
  • Partner with marketing to support product messaging, positioning, and campaign execution
  • Contribute to marketing and tradeshow strategy, including product positioning, booth messaging, and sales enablement materials
  • Support planning and execution of tradeshows and industry events, ensuring products are represented effectively
  • Audit and strengthen go-to-market execution across product lines
  • Track product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure product initiatives move forward without delay, confusion, or lack of ownership
The Successful Candidate Has
  • 3–7+ years of experience in product management, project management, or engineering roles
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technical pre-sales activities, including collaboration with sales teams, participation in customer conversations, and translating technical requirements into product solutions
  • Experience contributing to marketing execution and tradeshow strategy, including product positioning, sales collateral, and event support
  • Strong execution, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to operate confidently between technical, sales, and marketing teams
  • A structured approach to managing complexity and prioritization
Compensation and Benefits
  • The discussed salary range is $90,000 – $110,000, depending on experience
  • Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Opportunity to play a key role in building scalable product execution and go-to-market practices

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Only candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process will be contacted.
