Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a busy physician. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a support role which requires building a trusting relationship and excels at managing both personal and professional tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the physician’s personal schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Organize files, documents, and records for easy access.
- Perform other administrative duties to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in an administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting medical professionals or familiarity with healthcare settings.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in administration or a related field.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time position with flexible hours (approximately 10-20 hours per week).
- Hybrid work opportunities may be available, depending on needs.
- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
