Part Time Legal Administrator - 19095
Job Description
Our client, an accomplished lawyer is seeking an assistant who can take on the day to day needs of their legal practice. This person will be responsible to work alongside the lawyer, handling documents, client correspondence, transferring of funds and whatever else is needed.
This is a part time in office position.
Paralegal responsibilities: • Managing communication and correspondence with clients
• Drafting and distributing documents
• Conducting searches
• Handling probate and real estate files
• Inputting expenses, disbursements and checks and balances
• Transferring of funds
• Managing trust records
• Managing lawyers inbox and calendar
• Responsible for day to day administrative tasks
The successful candidate has: • Min 5 years experience in legal field
• Legal Assistant or Paralegal diploma or law degree
• Comprehension and experience with real estate transactions and probate
• Has own transportation as there is no transit to the area
• Self starter attitude
• Extremely organized and efficient
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
Compensation and benefits: • The discussed salary range is $$22 - $35/hr depending on experience
• Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
• Flexible working environment
