Operations Manager - CPG/Retail - 18981

Director of Operations Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the President to develop and execute operational plans.
- Manage departments to deliver top-tier fulfillment and operational services.
- Oversee resource planning, ensuring optimal staffing and effective workload delegation.
- Monitor budgets, identifying opportunities to boost productivity and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction and company success.
- Lead special projects and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and share insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain business process documentation.
- Manage organizational data and oversee quality assurance, compliance, and KPI results.
- Build strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers to maximize quality, performance, and value.
- Monitor and manage vendor contracts, performance, and KPI compliance.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of managers and individual contributors across various functions.
- Manage performance, feedback, and development plans for assigned teams.
- University degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) would be highly advantageous for this role.
- 5+ years of managerial experience in operations.
- Strong understanding of service-driven industries and distribution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with project management, ERP, financial software, reporting tools, and other business software.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- The discussed salary range ranges from $125 000 - $140 000 depending on experience
