Job Description
Our client in the food and beverage industry, located 30 minutes outside of Fredericton, in Mactaquac, NB. They are dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to their community. To continue this tradition of excellence, they are adding a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to their team.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage financial statements, budgets, and reports to drive profitability
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a strong team
- Collaborate with executives to set and achieve productivity targets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing financial statements and budgets
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to drive operational improvements and achieve strategic goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary of between $60,000 to $65,000 per annum
