Our client is a growing global business with a strong presence in Canada, and they are looking for a Business Performance Analyst.

This newly created role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insight. You will work closely with leaders to understand performance, identify trends, uncover missed opportunities, and help sales teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.

This is not just a reporting role. It is a chance to shape what the business does next.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze revenue, pricing, product, customer, pipeline, and regional performance data to uncover clear, actionable insights
  • Use Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, and internal systems to dig into performance, identify patterns, and explain what the data is showing
  • Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that make complex data easy for leaders to understand and act on
  • Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities that help commercial leaders make faster, better decisions
  • Partner with sales leaders to understand what is happening in the market and why
  • Help sales teams see where they are winning, where they are losing, and what can be improved
  • Travel occasionally to sales meetings and operational locations to build context and understand the business firsthand
The successful candidate has: 
  • Experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, pricing analysis, business analysis, or performance reporting
  • Strong ability to interpret data and explain what it means for the business
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
  • Experience with Power BI and Salesforce, with dashboard-building experience considered a strong asset
  • Confidence presenting insights, recommendations, and findings to business leaders
  • A curious, fast-moving, commercially minded approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment where priorities move quickly
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $110,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
