Operations Coordinator

Job Description
Our client is a growing Canadian e-commerce brand specializing in gym and fitness equipment for home and commercial use. As the business scales, the operations team plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
The Operations Coordinator will assist with order processing, inventory updates, shipment tracking, and administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations across the business.
Operations Coordinator responsibilities:
- Support daily order processing and ensure accurate data entry into the e-commerce and inventory systems
- Track shipments and follow up with courier partners regarding pick-up, delays, lost parcels
- Communicate with the warehouse team regarding stock levels, order issues, and product availability
- Maintain operational spreadsheets, inventory data, and weekly performance reports
- Support customer service team with operational information (order status, returns processing)
- Help prepare documentation for returns, exchanges, warranties, and supplier claims
- Assist with scheduling and general operations administration
- 1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, administration, or inventory coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally (warehouse, customer service, suppliers)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent inventory systems is an asset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- The discussed salary range is $40,000 – $50,000, depending on experience
