Office and Payroll Administrator - 19098
Job Description
Our client, an international organization, is looking for a proficient and diligent administrator to join their team. This role will work with the Western Canadian team providing all of the administrative needs.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements for management and other team members
- Create and format documents
- Handle AR/AP in a timely manner, staying on top of invoicing and payments so that they are received and issued in time
- Collect weekly timesheets and convert to Excel for submission to accounting
- Schedule safety training
- Purchase marketing materials for Western Canada division
- Order and manage office supplies and needs throughout the office
- Take on day to day administrative needs and ad hoc tasks
- Minimum 5 years administrative experience
- Post secondary education preferred
- Strong user with MS Excel
- Highly organized and diligent
- Bilingual in French an asset
- Strong communicator with a team player attitude
- The discussed salary range is $50,000 – $58,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
