National Sales Manager - 19015
Job Description

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading all sales functions, including managing the sales team across North America.
National Sales Manager responsibilities:
- Set and manage annual sales targets and sales plans in alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded and provide feedback and support to the sales team.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement a USA sales strategy to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales regions, pipelines, and costs to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on onboarding new sales staff and continuous coaching.
The successful candidate has:
- Significant experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage targets, projects, and strategic goals effectively.
- Proficiency with technology and sales software.
- A positive, professional attitude focused on continuous improvement.
