Job Description
Our client is a premiere manufacturer and distributor of flooring products with reach across North America. They're thrilled to expand the Vancouver team, known for its culture and enjoyable work atmosphere! In this role, you'll take the lead in managing the complete sales cycle for Multi- Family and Commercial projects across the Vancouver area
Multi-Family Outside Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of referrals to generate new Multi-Family and Commercial business, while also nurturing relationships with current clients.
- Establish pricing and generate project estimates based on specifications.
- Oversee the entire job process from start to finish, managing both office and site-level activities.
- Address client complaints by investigating issues and creating solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with the client throughout the entire project.
- Conduct quality control visits on installations and products.
- Attend site meetings, installer meetings and safety meetings.
- Deliver materials as needed.
- 5+ years of proven B2B Sales experience.
- Sales experience in the Multi-Family and Commercial sectors.
- Superior presentation/communication/interpersonal skills and ability to convey value.
- Customer service focus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software with strong organizational skills to manage client relationships and sales activities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits and customer interactions.
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed compensation range is $70,000 – $140,000 total (base salary plus commissions).
- Uncapped commission structure with monthly payouts.
- Vehicle allowance ($850 per month)
- Company cell and laptop provided.
