Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage associates and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the mortgage process.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Competitive salary: $100,000-$120,000
